My name is Amy McAuley and I have been creating healthy happy habits in my life over the past few years. I have dropped the habits which were dragging me down, you know the ones, like drinking too much alcohol, smoking too many cigarettes, eating too much junk food. These habits were creating major self-esteem issues, low confidence and low energy. I was holding excess weight, was bloated and worse of all depressed.
By changing just one habit, to begin with... and really reaping amazing benefits, I went on to change every aspect of the way I live my life. Nowadays I can honestly say that I have way more energy, I am in the best physical and mental shape of my life and I have finally, thanks to my daily habits found peace with myself. I am the happiest and healthiest I have ever been in my entire life.
And I have created this course for you to help you make some really positive changes in your life. One simple habit at a time... In this step by step process, I have created easy to follow worksheets and audios you can listen to for inspiration and work at your own pace.
