I cannot hula hoop, will I be able to Powerhoop?
Yes for sure. The Powerhoop is actually much easier to keep up than the hula hoop thanks to thick diameter and the weights in the hoop. It's also 70% more effective than the Hula Hoop.
I don't really have much time, will I fit this in OK to my busy schedule?
The really great thing with this Powerhoop workout is that you can do it all in under 20 minutes a day. That's all you need to do to get maximum results. Plus you can do it all in the comfort of your own home
How soon should I begin to see results?
If you are consistent with Powerhooping, you should start to see and feel results as soon as 14 days. Most people report their clothes getting looser around their middles. You will also feel this strengthen up your core muscles.
Will this help to strengthen up my back?
Yes it can. Sit ups can actually take the back out of alignment as when you do sit ups, you are not strengthening the back at the same time. Due to the circular motion of the hoop, you cannot help but work your back. Many people report of lower back pain disappearing due to the Powerhoop creating a much stronger core.
