So what is the Powerhoop 6
Week Challenge?
It’s
a short but powerful curriculum that includes weekly meetings and
Powerhooping sessions, as well as ongoing support and a Facebook group.
This programme is designed to take participants on a journey toward better
health, fitness and self-esteem. It can be fully customised to each
instructor's teaching style, and to the targets, aims and interests of each
group – whether they’re attending for weight/inch loss, toning, confidence
or personal growth. Many clients enjoy it so much that they sign up for the
next Challenge too – and bring their friends along!
